Post: Project Manager

Job Description:
* Manage client engagement & relationship with regard to project management oversight & operations delivery
* Responsible for recruitment, induction, development, supervision, billing, in an oversight role
* Have a good understanding of org-wide issues, identify solutions, align teams to internal & external clients business objectives
* Develop & maintain project mgmt. methodology (doc. templates, project phases, reporting & planning) for successful project delivery
* Communicate in a clear, efficient & effective manner with client teams, peers, seniors, team members and other stakeholders
* Oversee & ensure timely resolution any issues, conduct troubleshooting / business analysis reviews for departments as requested
* Establish strong quality controls, implement & maintain document storage system containing all project docs readily accessible by all key stakeholders and relevant support teams

Operational excellence
* Responsibality for Quality, Timeliness, Productivity and other operational metrics on projects  
* Gain understanding of the process, general operating environment; and cascade information & learnings to rest of the team
* Continuous improvement of existing process to drive efficiencies and synergies  
* Drive initiatives on new work types, new client groups, improved operations & innovative solutions

Client Related Responsibilities
* Building a strong relationship with clients - both internal and external
* Reporting project updates to the sponsors at all levels  
* Ability to manage clients engagements independently

People management responsibilities
* Mentoring and Coaching Members on the team
* Periodic assessment of team & project performance
* Identify and plan development needs
* Creating communication plans
* Intra-team communication and best practices sharing
* Manage interpersonal relationships within team
* Manage attrition within guidelines
* Setting up and facilitating continuous innovation & improvement plans for the teams

Candidate Profile:
* At least 4 years of work experience working with data on extraction, transformation, loading, manipulation, visualization, etc.
* Experienced with project management and coordinating with project leaders / teams, technology, and sponsors
* Demonstrated client-focus and ability to translate functional requirements to technical specifications  
* Hands-on experience in developing & maintaining MIS & reporting processes across business functions & resolve interface issues
* At least 3 years experience managing teams responsible for data list generation, data cleansing, investigation / research & analysis
* Experience working with large relational databases (Oracle, Teradata) using SQL or SAS (system optimization preferably)
* Organized approach towards any work, able to work under pressure, critical thinking ability & very good communication skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access…etc.) for input tracking & output representation  
* Additional knowledge of output representation tools like Spotfire, Cognos, Tableau, QlikView are good to have
* Prior experience in the Healthcare / PBM industry of USA preferred
