Post: Systems Analyst

Job Description:
The System Analyst position will be tasked with business analysis administration, configuration and development of the Agile PLM application at Life Technologies.

Duties:
· Owns and manages all technical aspects for the Agile PLM software, including but not limited to Agile environment support for version 9.3.1.1
· Agile Product Collaboration, Agile PPM and Agile Engineering Collaboration. Support and/or Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue based problem solving principles.
· Provide release management support Configure and troubleshoot Agile reports
· Provide PPM specific support and guidance to R&D users
· Gather and document business and functional requirements
· Design and develop key PLM business processes
· Perform software and version upgrades
· Develop and execute test scripts, document outcome and perform, analyze and fix bugs.
· Develop functional and technical specifications.
· Develop data architecture, product data standards and manage data migrations.
· Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live.
· Work closely with the IT team in US
· Support business users in EMEA and APAC


EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
· PLM best practice development and process design in the areas of R&D Project Portfolio Management, New Product Development & Introduction, Product Information Management and/or Compliance
· ERP experience, in interfacing Agile with systems like JD Edwards or SAP is desired.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of interface design (Agile PIPs) is preferred
· Oracle PLM Application Design and Configuration experience. Java development experience and has worked with the Agile SDK. Minimum of 2 years’ experience required working on PLM implementations or within the product development and product commercialization function of a company (preferably Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences).

EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree - (preferably in Science, Engineering, Math, or Business)

Minimum Qualifications (must have)
