Job Description
Build & Execute Sales Strategy for the assigned territories in coordination with the sales team to deliver on
• Annual target on Sales Revenue
• Align and execute the Business Strategy with the team
• Manage Channel / Dealers across territory
• Strategize for Key Accounts keeping in view the various external and internal stakeholders
• Key Opinion Leaders
• Key Decision makers
• Build on technical & clinical knowledge for self & team on our product basket and the competitive offering
• Drive Team participation in workshops and clinical meetings to build product knowledge and brand awareness amongst clinical fraternity
• Strategist and help team on handling competition
• Ensure Product and Clinical knowledge and learning of the team
• Build a highly engaged & high performing sales team
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Minimum graduation
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years
