Qualification : For the Post of Regional Sales Manager the candidate should be Graduate in Science or Commerce, Age around 40 years, with a minimum of five to six years of experience as a front Line Manager or as RSM with 2 to 3 years experience in sales of Pharma Products with thorough knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industries and will be responsible for achieving sales targets of his region by motivating and developing a team of Area Managers and Professional Service Representatives. The salary [CTC] will be around Rs. 7.5 lakhs per annum
