Bio-Rad is looking for an Intern - R&D.
In this internship, you will:
• Perform stability studies according to established procedures.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical tools and chemical / stability models
• Write experimental protocols and reports.
• Operate laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Required Skills
• Completed your sophomore or junior year by June at an accredited college or university with plans to return to school in the following term (you are not eligible for this program if you have already graduated).
• Have a grade point average of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale). Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 10 weeks from mid June to late August.
• Laboratory experience. Must have completed at least 4 laboratory courses (biochemistry, analytical chemistry, etc.).
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Documentation and laboratory skills. Understanding of the basic scientific concepts.
• Knowledge of general laboratory safety rules and policies.
• Desired: Prior laboratory experience in academic or industrial research
