Post: Regional Sales Manager

We have opening as a Regional Sales Manager head quartered at Gurgaon for the following areas to be covered:
1) Gurgaon
2) Haryana
3) Part of Uttar Pradesh

Job Description:
He should be working as a Regional Sales Manager managing a team of Area Sales Managers and team under them and would be responsible for targeted revenue. Should be capable of handling marketing programs/initiatives individually also.
1. He should be a dynamic go getter and trend setter with the desire to remain on a cutting edge, drive new business through key accounts and establish strategic partnership, dealer relationships to increase channel revenue.
2. Outstanding success in building & maintaining relationships with doctors / medical fraternity, establishing large volumes, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.
3. He should be a proactive planner with dexterity in identifying & adopting emerging trends to achieve organizational objectives
4. Extensive experience in leading the growth expanding services and products to existing customers, marketing new products, securing new customers and focusing on the corporation's segmentation strategy.
5. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals. Business Development Formulating long term/short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
6. Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes Man Management Recruiting, mentoring to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services in market. Planning individual / team goals to achieve pre set sales targets within time & cost parameters.
7. Sales Generation Sales target achievement & Co-ordination of Sales Efforts In the Assigned Geographical Area.
8. Brand Building & Increase market share
9. Implementation of marketing strategies.
10. Stockiest, Dealer, People, Customer Management.
11. Conducting Sales Review Meetings.

Skills: The candidate should have good communication skills and people management skills.

Candidate Profile
Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 5 to 8 years ( 4 years as ASM & 2 years as RSM)
Qualification: Science Graduate/ B.Pharm
