Post: District consultant, District Quality Manager
District consultant (Quality Assurance)
No. of Post: (Fifteen) 15 (Reserved for SC-3, BC(A)-1, ESM-1, Gen-10)
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- (consolidated per month)
Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/Health Management graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital administration. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: 40 years (45 for reserved categories)
Duration: initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.

District consultant (Public Health)
No. of Post: (Fifteen) 15 (Reserved for SC-3, BC(A)-1, ESM-1, Gen-10)
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- (consolidated per month)
Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/Life Sciences/ Health Management graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2000/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Age Limit: 40 years (45 for reserved categories)
Duration: initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.

District Quality Manager
No. of Post: (Fifteen) 15 (Reserved for SC-3, BC(A)-1, ESM-1, Gen-10)
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- (consolidated per month)
Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/ Biomedical Engineering/ Health Management/Life Science/Social Science graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management with one year experience in public Health/Hospital administration. Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality/formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, computer literacy, knowledge of government legislations and policies are essential. Candidate must have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Duration: initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.
Date of Interview: 27-02-15
Important Instructions
(i) No TA/DA will be paid for coming for the walk-in- interview.
(ii) Participants are required to register themselves between 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM otherwise would not be considered.
(iii) Participants to provide two references who can verify the credentials.
(iv) Participants should bring application form complete in all regards, with full particulars and contact no. with Pin code, two passport size photographs and attested copies of Educational/Technical qualification & experience. Also bring the original certificates for verification otherwise candidate would not be considered.
(v) Number of Posts can be increased or decreased by HSHRC.
(vi) The selection process would involve a written test, computer test and interview.

(viii) Candidates claiming for reservation must produce caste certificate/relevant documents in original on the day of interview.
