Panchakshari Shivacharya Trust is a charitable trust registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It undertakes religious and social activities. The trust is actively engaged since 1980 in promoting quality education in technical education. This trust has started Channabasweshwar Polytechnic (D. Pharmacy), Latur in the year 1980. Channabasweshwar D.Pharmacy Institute is one of the reputed Diploma Pharmacy institute in the state of Maharashtra. After realizing the prospects and potential of the course in the emerging scenario of the global pharmaceutical industry and education the trust has been started degree course (B.Pharm) since from 2010 and post graduate course (M.Pharm) 2012. The trust also conduct course such as Post Graduate Diploma Course in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT).

Essential Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelors and Masters Degree in Pharmacy with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree.
2. PhD Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in pharmacy. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students in highly desirable. In addition, the candidate should be an eminent person in the field.
3. Minimum of 10 years approved experience in teaching /Research/Industry our of which at least 3years shall be at the level of professor or Minimum of 13 years approved experience in teaching /Research/Industry.
4. In case of research experience , Good academic record and books/research paper publications/IPR/Patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.
5. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to professor level with active participation record in devising / designing, developing, planning executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications/IPR/patents, etc. as deemed fir by the expert members of the Selection committee.
6. Flair for Management and leadership is essential.
Pay Scale : Existing Pay Scale as per 6th Pay Commission.
