Post: Product Manager Executive

Job Description
* Analyze internal and external data, Do primary and secondary research Set Brand Objectives, Formulate Brand Strategies - Positioning, Segmentation and Targeting, Brand Mix, Action Plans.
* Conduct research by collecting data from internal and external resources.
* Develop network of internal and external contacts to continuously enhance quality of primary research efforts.
* Prepare Business Plans and Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
* Secondary search for Healthcare care products related information.
* Growth, Analyzing the brands performance through internal and external data, identifying issues, validate the strategies.
* Product History, Market Analysis, Preparing the promotional budget as per the marketing plan.
* Develop and design Brochures, marketing and promotional material, do online surveys, design questionnaires.
* Communicate new business opportunities with customers/Clients.
* Following up new business opportunities and communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
* Marketing Strategy Planning
* Generating business forecast reports after acquiring data from different functional heads.
* Preparing presentations for market analysis & research which help in understanding the data easily and conveniently. Making graphs, pie charts to show the growth & contribution of products in market
* Monitor competitor activities in respect of products and technical development and define activity plan accordingly.
* Gather relevant data and write Business report giving the finding.
* Regularly monitor and revise relevant data sections as required.
* Anticipate trends in New Business Development.
* Help marketing team in identifying new area of development in terms of Business Expansion.
* Create an effective search strategy. Collate, organize and analyse complex data / information and present them as useful insights.
* Trend analysis for product sales done on monthly and quarterly basis.
* Involve in Business Plan and budgeting.
