Job Description
- Provide lab service to our customers with an objective to retain the customers above 90%, to develop new business 25% of the total sales and to demonstrate the superiority of our products over competitive brands.
- Responsible to conduct lab analysis of feed sample for Top 20 customers and complete minimum of 90 % of annual projects without errors with no more than 25% of supervision.
- Ensure to deliver the reports on time to customers (minimum of 98% report within 5 days)
- Ensure minimum contribution of 2 field trials every 3 years along with technical executive for demonstration of product efficacy and need creation for Kemin products.
- Write and publish yearly block book (minimum 4)
- Responsible to complete the Customer Laboratory Services (CLS) project taken within the timeframe
- Coordinate with CLS Team to reach the CLS objectives and goals
- Train the new joinees on analytical technics
- Customer training – min.of 5 in a year
- Should play active role as a team member in the project team in new product Inovative Process ( PIP)
- Maintain the lab account for chemical and test charges in a proper ledger.
- Maintain and operate the lab equipments effectively and handle the trouble shoot, basic repair of the lab equipments independently.
- Responsible to conduct method validation of the lab equipment at regular intervals.

Master of science in chemistry or bio chemistry or micro biology with 4-5 years of experience
