Job Description

To verify the temperature monitoring records of various QC equipments.
To plan and execute sample exposure for accelerated degradation study.
Compilation and first level verification of documents of QC portion of BPR before submission to QA
To assist in potency testing of routine batches and stability samples of oral polio vaccine and its related documentation.
To assist in maintenance, Revival and preservation of Hep 2c cells and its related documentation.
To monitor the temperature, humidity and differential pressure of QC areas and document the same.
To perform micropipette calibration used in quality control department.
To assist in Equipment qualification, calibration and validation of various QC equipments and instruments.
To perform environmental monitoring during HVAC & LAF validation activity of QC/OPV facility
To observe and record EMP plate results of OPV/ QC facility
To perform daily calibration of weighing balance and maintain the related documentation
