Post : Manufacturing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning & scheduling production from different contract manufacturing sites to meet the business requirement
2. Projection of overhead cost/Job work charges for contract manufacturing-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
3. Inventory management of RM/PM/FG at contract manufacturing sites
4. Conducting/Overseeing physical stock verification at agreed frequency with the sites
5. Coordination with Purchase department for timely availability of RM/PM
6. Auditing/regular yield monitoring at different plants (FG manufactured against RM & PM) in accordance with the set timeline
7. Ensuring availability of requisite documents for smooth manufacturing at LL/Third Party sites (i.e. BMR/BPR/Validation/Qualification etc.)
8. Ensuring timely dispatch of products from LL/third party to depots with proper documentation
9. Regular auditing of contract manufacturing sites against GMP & other regulatory norms
10. Handling investigation against market complaints and ensuring CAPA pertaining to non-compliances identified during audits
Candidate Profile :
1.Minimum 3 yr in Contract Manufacturing & minimum 3 yr in Production
2. Dosage handled preferred: Tablet, Capsules Injectables & Soft gels.
3. Should handling minimum 5 Contract Manufacturing sites
4. RM & PM Accountability
5. Someone who has proper and regular management and performance reporting to senior management
