Job description
One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently seeking an Associate Scientist! Although we work with offices nationwide, this position is based in the RTP, NC area. This is a fantastic work opportunity with competitive pay! This is an 11+ month contract position with the possibility of extension.
PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for; providing key cell and molecular biology support for translational medicine programs, establishing, executing, and validating novel in vitro and ex vivo cell and tissue based models, performing gene expression and cytokine analysis and other bio-analytical assays, among others.
EDUCATION/SKILLS: B.S. or M.S. in Pharmacology, Biology or Medical Sciences with a strong emphasis on cell biology, molecular biology, pharmacology or immunology.
