Job Description:
− Understand and follow the Data Management Plan with regards to project specific activities related to the clinical data. Continually apply DMP changes to daily work activities. Reference data issues log to resolve questions whenever possible.
− Good understanding of the protocol with specific concentration on the study purpose and design, and to the data being collected
− Independently perform data cleaning including query activity and EDC Status changes. Identify and report issues and data trends. Communication with CDM Team Lead with regards to issues and concerns along with suggested resolution. Completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner meeting assigned goals for tasks. Run reports as requested and needed for daily tasks.
− Actively participate in internal project meetings
− Complete SOPs, WPGs and other role related training within the required timeframe. Understanding of technical aspects of the assigned clinical database(s) as relates to the CDA role
− Completion, understanding and documentation of required Company and Sponsor project and non−project training (includes SOPs, WPGs and other role related training) within the required timeframe. Timesheet information entered in a timely manner
− Other relevant tasks as requested.

− List 3−5 key skills and/or behaviors required to perform this job successfully.
− Communication Skills: Basic level of interpersonal skills (both 1:1 and in small groups), plus good standards of written and verbal communication. − Time Management: Good level of time management skills and able to prioritize own workload in conjunction with achieving corresponding project timelines.
− Quality Management: Advanced level of attention to detail and adherence to GCP, SOPs and WPGs.
− Leaderships Skills: Basic level of leadership skills displayed through appropriate professional conduct, promoting a positive working environment and taking accountability for actions.
− Technical Skills: Oracle Clinical &Reporting Tools at Intermediate level of competency; MS Excel/Word/Outlook at Basic level.
