Job description
- Preparation of training material & Conducting soft skill / medical Training during product launch to Medical Representatives
- Preparing module and taking sessions on competencies based training for Medical Representatives across India.
- Designing assessment tools for sales employees like Case Studies, Role Plays based on competencies
- Provide references to support brand against competitors
- Keeping strong follow up, Post training program, with all the participants by sending frequent mailers on articles, quizzes related to the training needs

Segment: Opthalmology/ Cardiology/ Diabetology/ Pain Management/ Dermatology
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ MBA/ PGDBM
Experience:  Minimum 10 years experiecne in Training
