DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT FOR BETALACTAM INJECTION PLANT
1. Support for the procurement of License and statutory documentations.
2. API/Raw material specification, its storage conditions and proper handling.
3. Training on sampling and dispensing of API/Raw materials.
4. Training for clean room/asceptic gowning, maintaining, Clean room conditions.
5. Responsibility in product design, stability studies and approval,
6. Training on sterilization procedures and its safety measures.
7. Troubleshooting.
8. Preparation of SOP’s.
9. Sanitation measures and its frequency.
10. Intermediate product handling on emergencies.
11. Primary and secondary packing material design; Statutory Label Design.
12. Packing and Finished good storage emphasizing stability of the product.
Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: 15 years experience in the Allopathy medicine
Formulation including five years experience in the production of cGMP standard Betalactum Injection.
Monthly Salary: Rs.40,000/- (Consolidated pay)
