Job Description:
Managing sales of Research & Pharma Products like Human Primary Cells, BioAssay Kits, Cell culture Media and Molecular Biology products at Government Institutes and Pharma R & D by:
1. Promoting the products in to research institutes by door to door visits.
2. Maintaining and building relationships with current and new customers.
3. Increase sales with both current customers and prospecting for new customers.
4. Provide demonstration and training to the users.
5. Co-ordinate with technical service department to respond to complex customer queries.
6. Manage the business done through channel partners.
7. Participating in exhibitions, seminars, etc.
The job requires constant traveling to customer locations (50% of the time) within Gujarat & MP
Qualifications
The desired shall be a Masters in Biotechnology (M. Sc- Biotech) with proven track record of selling laboratory and scientific products directly to Research Institutes. The candidate should also possess:
• 2-4 yr experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• The ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of research scientists
• Customer focused approach.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
• Good computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
