Applications are invited from the eligible candidates in prescribed application form for the contractual appointment of Pharmacists on a monthly remuneration of Rs.5200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-. The eligible candidates can download the application form and other needful information from the District website i.e www.jajpur.nic.in and submit the completely filled up application along with other essential documents to the O/o Chief District Medical Officer, Jajpur on or before Dtd.03/09/2015 during office hour through speed / Registered post only. The candidates have to superscribe on the top left hand corner of the envelop containing their application and other documents "Post applying for Pharmacist- DDC" & the in-service candidates have to apply through proper channel. The incomplete application form/canvassing in application form, application form without the requisite documents, applications received beyond the last date, applications un-superscribed shall be rejected without any notice. Release of remuneration and others is subject to reciept of funds and may varry time to time depending upon the State approval and norms. No personal querries pertaining to the same shall be entertained in this office. The undersigned is not responsible for any postal delay and reserves all right to accept or reject any / all applications without assigning any reason thereof. The typographical errors may be exempted (if any).

Minimum Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha / Equivalent and diploma in pharmacy from any of the three medical colleges & Hospitals of the State / any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
Recruitment Procedure: Recruitment to the post of Pharmacist in the service shall be made by way of selection through career Assessment of the candidates
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. NATIONALITY: She / He must be a Citizen of India.
2. AGE LIMIT: She / He must have attended the age of 21 Years and must not be above the age of 32 years on the date of such advertisement for this post. Provided that the upper age limit in respect of the reserved categories of candidates referred to the following "Rule-A" shall be relaxed in accordance with the provisions of the Act , rules, orders or instructions for the time being in force , for their respective categories. Provided further that the Pharmacists engaged on contractual basis under the Central Plan Schemes, State Plan Schemes and Externally Aided Schemes who are below the age 45 years and have completed at least one year of continuos service are allowed to take part in the recruitment process for filling up the post of Pharmacists.
General Instruction:
- Under taking vis-à-vis to non submission of any of the above documents ( Point No.3 is not mandatory) along with the completely filled up application is subject to rejection of the candidature for the said post.
- Paging of all the attached relevant documents must be done and the page number against each attached documents must be mentioned in the (ANNEXURE-A) and the signed copy of the same to be attached/ submitted along with the application form with other documents.
