Job Description
1. Carrying out the analysis of raw material, intermediates, in process, finished product as per standard testing procedure.
2. Preparation of test protocols for raw material, intermediates, in process, finished product.
3. Sampling and Testing of RM, PM,FP
4. Calibration and maintenance of instruments.
5. Preparations of working standard, retention samples and maintain their records.
6. Preparation of SOPs for new instrument.
7. Preparation of reagents, Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and maintain their records.
8.. Keeping good and effective communication among QA, QC and Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Warehouse and Commercial departments.
9. Reporting to Q.C. Manager in day to day activities
10. Maintaining the analytical instruments in good working conditions as per GLP/cGMP
11. Checking of proper cleaning and documentation status of the various operational areas.

Candidate Profile
Master in Chemistry 4-7years of experience.
