Job Description
Professional skills
· Understanding of product technology, market and consumer insights to develop support for products claims
· Articulate superior & competitive claims based on product technology & deliverables.
· Able to defend the competition challenges as well as identify the opportunities to challenge the competition claims on technical rationale
· To lead microbiological claim support activities
· Engage with cross-functional & cross -WL stakeholders for smooth deployment of claims in the region.
· Understanding of local/regional consumer insights .Share inputs on consumer habits & emerging trends in the region with global stakeholders.
· To coordinate qualitative and quantitative consumer studies through external market research agencies
· Benchmark laboratory performance of own & competitive products
· Ability to work independently to lead Claims & CTI work stream in line with projects networks, along with innovation project teams
General skills
· Good Verbal/written Communication skills
· Dealing with people from multicultural backgrounds.
· Fluency in written and verbal communication in English required

Educational Qualification – Masters level qualification in science (e.g. pharmaceuticals/ microbiology, chemistry, biology), B.Tech – Cosmetics Technology
Experience- around 5 years in CTI or product development
