Post: Product Development Manager

Job Description
Product Development / Management
- Evaluate new products and suggest marketing feasibility.
- Participate in new product management, complete product life cycle and product rollouts.
- Familiarity with the structural and content requirements of clinical study reports, protocols, and similar documents is an added advantage
- To make/design package inserts and assess regulatory documents for various products.
- Identify process and system improvements for improving effectiveness in product identification and launch.
- Abreast of current data, trends, medical writing/regulatory knowledge, developments and advances in area of drug development/medical writing
Preferable but not Mandatory
Dossier preparation and compilation as per eCTD submission guidelines.
Good knowledge on ICH, EU and other regulatory guidance.
Support the business development team in defining the regulatory strategy for different projects.
Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies as and when required

Marketing
- Developing marketing plan for new products, line extensions.
- Developing innovative & informative promotional tools for augmenting field force detailing efforts.
- Providing direction to execute promotions / launches as part of brand building & market development effort.

Candidate Profile
Degree in B.Pharma /science or related experience.
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Min. 2 years in pharmaceutical industry in one or more of the following functions, product development /medico-marketing/clinical research/regulatory affairs.
Skilled with computerized data systems;
Experience working with MS Excel and Excel macro programming, preferred.
