Job Description
Job Summary:

Supervising a team of 4-5 TBMs towards their target achievement
Implementation of mmmarketing strategies of plan through TBMs
Key Doctor relationship
Execution of Special Activities
Managing Stock inventory across distributor level

Therapeutic Segment:
General Segment (Antibiotics, Cough Syrups, Gastro Products)

Key Deliverables

Achieving targeted budget month after month
Avaiabilty of products at chemist & distributor level
Ensuring timely payments by distributor

Candidate Profile:
Personality: well dressed & presentable, mentally tough, good in both oral & written English communication, Command over local language, Assertive, service oriented, Achievement oriented, strong integrity.
Job Related: Proven leadership qualities, Good man management & people development skill, proven track record, good referralsfrom customers, Good analytical skill, Computer literacy
