Job Description
Provide project management support to cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of new products, ensuring efficient use of project resources and compliance with deadlines and project standards.

Major Duties:
Formulating long term business plans in the existing therapy & evaluation of entry in new therapy or segment.
Assisting Senior Management in Strategic Planning, Budgeting & costing of projects
Handling program management of formulation development projects till completion  ANDA projects
Firming up of launch plans including demand planning & managing key manufacturing issues to ease out supply gaps.
Formulating long term business plans in the existing therapy & evaluation of entry in new therapy or segment.
Outsourcing expert - Managing outsource related activity for manufacturing, clinical trials, BE studies.
Driving the dossier filing process by aligning and tuning key functions > Product evaluation > Product selection > Firming up Business projections >Products licensing > Fine tune filing strategies with co-ordination with Regulatory consultants and specialist > Dossier filing > Coordinating with R & D teams for answering regulatory agency queries until product registration.


Candidate Profile
Familiarity with project management principles and methods is required. Well developed communication skills are essential, including verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.  Good planning skills are essential. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is necessary, as is knowledge of the product development life-cycle.  These skills are normally acquired through
completion of a bachelor degree in a scientific or technical discipline combined with several years of progressively responsible experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
