So many freshers and experienced professionals are making major or some minor mistakes in organization of resumes. We called it organization as anyone may make his/her biodata but it can make you noticeable than any other in competition.

Do you like if your resume kept aside without a single look at it?
If your answer is no, there are some tips and instructions for you.

Resume should be made in such a way that anyone would find it simplest in reading and understanding.
When you are applying for the job and forwarding your resume to HRD, your 1st impression will be created by your reflection and that is by your CV or resume. Please do not forget that you are not alone in squad, there are thousands of candidates for a single job.

Do you think it is possible for HRD to go through thousands of resumes?
No one can. So make it in such a format that HRD would like to follow it.

Format:
We are Pharmacy professionals. So there is nothing to go with design but it should be attractive enough so some one would like to read it. This is because if it is simple then easy to find out all details.
Following serial should be maintained,
* Personnel Details: It should have your personnel details including, Your Name, Address, Contact No and E-mail Address.
* Objective: Not that much important but it may reflect your personality if you write it by your own. Otherwise just copied from some ones resume then it is of no use.
* Area of interest: When we did a random survey, we found out around 90 % of candidates writing it as, “I am very much interested to work in production, QA, QC, F&D or R&D…” and so many senseless things. Be more specific in this. If you are applying for production job, is it required to write QA or any other? And also mention in brief why you are suitable candidate for this job.
* Career Summary or Experience: If you are fresher, there is no question of writing this. Primarily, Career summary should clearly mention your total years of experience in particular field [E.g., marketing or production or any]. Also write working of sub area suppose in production which type of formulation e.g, tablet, parenterals, semi-solids etc.
Now it includes your detailed experience in different industries or institutes, your designation and job profile. It is most important part of your resume so make it more precise instead of writing long stories.
* Qualification: There is not much to discuss on this topic as almost all candidates mentioning it clearly. It include your degree level, name of institute and university, year of completion, academic percentage etc.
* Projects: Details of your projects. And do not write long paragraphs of projects. Just write Title of project and mention abstract in brief.
* Co-curricular activities: In this it will include paper presentations, conferences or seminar attended, publications, awards and honors etc.
* Extra-curricular activities: You can include your computer knowledge, extra courses which you learn, other activities than academics etc.
* And finally declaration and finish…
