Job Description

Responsible to own and manage projects, meeting international quality standards within timelines for working in different specialized areas like:
Scientific projects – medical education, regulatory, learning solutions
Cutting edge technology platforms
Creative Services
Deliver projects that exceed client satisfaction in all parameters
Accountable for program management in terms of project plans, organizing and utilizing resources, securing and managing assets, identifying risks and executing projects optimally
Responsible to manage client expectations, understand scope, and work methodologies to achieve high CSAT for small size and large size projects
Manage project profitability, control costs as per project requirement.
Manage through process, systems by managing through SLA’s, frameworks, project management methods and bring in process improvements for different kind of projects.
Responsible to manage project communication effectively and optimally through various methods with cross functional/departmental team
Responsible for understanding client requirements and proposal development

Candidate Profile:

Business acumen of understanding the Pharma, lifescience industry
Flair for medical services/ medico-marketing/ health care /Creative/ Technology domain /ELearning/Training
Planning, organizing and problem solving capability,
Strong people management skills and a passion for networking
Excellent communication and articulation skills
