Post: Pharmacist on Contractual basis

Monthly remuneration consolidated: Rs 5200/-PM
Qualification: The candidate must have passed D.Pharm from Govt or Recognized institution of Odisha with valid registration number from OPC.
Eligibility Criteria: Age-: 18-37 Years.
The authority reserves the right to modify/cancel the adervtisement without assigning any reason there of.
1. The candidates is to submit the application form in prescribed Performa duly signed by him/her.
2. The original document and two sets of attested Xerox copy of document to be submit at the time of interview. The original will return after the interview.
3. The registration for interview will be made on the date of interview. Date of interview is 21.11.12 at 10AM.
4. No TA/DA will be allowed for attending interview.
