Qualification & Experience:
i. Essential:
1. First Class Master s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) & Technology (Tech);
OR
2. A Ph.D. Degree in Applied Biological Sciences such as, Micro-Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy and Bio-Physics;
OR
3. Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade)and at the Master s Degree level, in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian / Foreign University.
ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the eligibility test (NET) for lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.
iii. Desirable:
1. Teaching, research industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
2. Papers presented at Conferences and / or in refereed journals
Note 1: For the post of Professor in all disciplines, consolidated minimum API scores of 400 points shall be applicable (as per details given in the Application Form).
Note 2: For the post of Associate Professor in all disciplines, consolidated minimum API scores of 300 points shall be applicable (as per details given in the Application Form).

Request for application form through registered post will be entertained up to 31st May, 2013. only. The application form can also be downloaded from the university website. The downloaded form must accompany Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/ST) in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) payable at SBI, Sonepat. Qualifications for teaching posts are as per UGC norms. The application complete in all respects must reach the office of Assistant Registrar (Estt.), Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) 131039 latest by 14th June, 2013 Incomplete applications or those received after the last date for any reasons including postal delay will not be entertained, and shall be summarily rejected. In case of large number of applications for any post, a written test shall be held for short listing the candidates. The University reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of posts or it may not fill any of the posts advertised without assigning any reason. Those in service should send their application through proper channel or submit NOC from the employer at the time of interview otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in interview. Reservation of posts will be for Haryana Residents only and as per the reservation policy of State Government. The posts can also be filled up on deputation basis.
