Job Description:
•Keep abreast with the new technologies in this field.
•Develop packs of products according to the demand of customers.
•Select and evaluate the packaging materials for new product or packs.
•Identify suitable change parts and machines at manufacturing locations.
•Interact with RA, Marketing, FTMR, SCM, for development of artworks and trade dress.
•Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for respective markets.
•Preparation of specifications, MPR, STP.
•Ensure smooth implementation at the shop floor.
•Carry out machine trials.
•Evaluate innovator and competitor’s packaging.
•Carry out appropriate experimentation and documentation.
•Take part in technical discussions with the entire team.
