Post: Formulations Scale Up Expert

Job Description:
• Work Closely with Strategic Development teams (SDT) to provide process development and manufacturing related input from a design stand point
• Work closely with Product Development teams (PDT) to enable process development and manufacturability related aspects are covered during product development
• Provide guidance to Formulation Scale Team (FST) team members, FR&D team members on manufacturing related aspects
• Design, develop and interpret design of experiments in a structured manner to determine and understand role of critical material attributes & critical process parameters on product quality
• Train the PDT and FST teams in specific areas
• Support the PDTs throughout the development of the product
• Look for opportunities to handle present and future technological challenges
• Support in the execution of exhibit batches
• Support in documentation relating to filing to various geographies
• Support the CTF team in answering deficiencies in the area
• Support the FTMR team in in-house and outsourced parenteral product launch preparation, required audits, validation and troubleshooting

Candidate Profile:
• Required Education: Ph.D Pharmaceutics from reputed institute
• Minimum Experience: 10 – 15 years experience
• Skills
• Scale up experience of Injectables or Sterile products
• Past should have good experience in Solid Dosage products
