Job Description:
IP Evaluation of products and devise Non-infringing strategy based on Orange Book and landscape patents
• Support to Business development for launch strategies of products for US/EU/Mexico/Brazil & EMB markets.
• Patent landscaping for US/EU/Canada markets based on Product, polymorphs, formulation, manufacturing, MOU and packaging claims. Prior art search and literature search.
• Review and coordination with formulation, API and medical team of various formulations to develop NI formulation
• Conducting patentability search and Drafting patent specification and claims.
• Data base Management
• Well versed with various patent databases including regional patent office databases and IMS/Newport/Micropat/Scifinder
