Post: Asst. Manager - Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
• Planning & Executing production schedules, productivity & GMP within area of control.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Handle day to day product manufacturing activities to meet timelines
• Delivery of volumes and compliance as per GMP & EHS
• Meet delivery performance meeting product quality standards
• Advantageous – lean, OEE, six sigma, TQM, etc.
• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Identify training needs
Candidate Profile:
• Good Communication
• Planning, Execution, Co-ordination
• Managerial skill & Leadership skills
• Sound management knowledge/ technical knowledge/ project knowledge
Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Science or Master of Pharmacy in any field.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
