Post: Sales Manager
The incumbent should be B.Sc. / B.Pharm., Preferably M.B.A. in Marketing, having experience of 10-12 years in Pharma Industry, out of which, 3-4 years in senior position.
The incumbent should be in the age group of 35-40 years with specialization in Marketing & Business development, having interest in a career where he will face continuous challenges. He should be self driven with quantitative & qualitative skills, ensuring delivery of commitment with a team of professionals. He needs to be analytical & thoughtful with a relentless drive to achieve, what was thought as not possible.
He needs to lead and guide a team of professionals to penetrate in the rural sector, identifying and exploring the market for promotion of Company's products in the rural areas. He needs to provide daily, weekly and monthly feed back to the Management in respect of Marketing activities, so as to expand our horizon, generating additional business for the growth of the Organisation. He should have effective verbal / written presentation and communication skills.
