Job Description:
Product Promotion & Indirect Sales
1. Responsible for creating an product awareness, product updation and share information on new launch amongst customers through various marketing activities.
2. Responsible for planning for new product launches and initiating the launches in various regions.
3. Responsible for content development for various promotional matter eg: Brochure, training programmes, advertisements etc.
4. Generation of various product campaigns and campaign management and driving them at various regions.
5. Responsible for the Email- Marketing for various products.
6. Create awareness in large volumes by attending various seminars, conferences, various editorial publications.

Business Development
1. Meeting and Analysing customer requirements and promoting the product.
2. Target of a segment for all India, supporting business for managing the order processing.
3. Explore and analyse the current business and analyse the customer requirement and suggest improvements for customers  to generate business.
4. Responsible for sharing scientific information for value creation for customers.
5. Involved in the entire project Planning for the customer, analysing workflow, worktime, productivity enhancement for the customers.
6. Conduct surveys, gather referrals, gather prospects from existing customers and undertake various initiatives to identify new customers.
7. Initiating measures(Sampling) for prospect conversion.
8. Involved in Inventory management and co-ordination on timely material supply.
9. Responsible for a target on instrument placement.
10. Responsible for logistics management for 3rd party purchase of materials.


Commercial
1. Responsible for conducting Market survey on competitive prices, Demand, Value of Product and propose pricing for product.

Training
1. Conduct Training Programmes for Internal Colleagues and Customers on various product benefits.                                                         
2. Responsible for conducting CME.


Research
1. Involved in conducting new launch market research on the size, requirement, potential competition, and product positioning and generation of entire Business Plan.

Complaint Management
1. Responsible for handling customer queries.
