Post: Senior Research Scientist

Job Description:
*Should provide technology support to achieve company goals on driving growth and funding the growth initiatives
*Should be well versed with regulatory requirements for cosmetics/ Pharma products
*Should handle assigned business programs independently with minimum supervision. Manage assigned trainees/ scientist (s) on specific programs to meet multiple short term business and technical challenges
*Service consumer test samples for market research
*Conduct lab and pilot plant batches and aging studies
*Select and validate processes and documentation
*Make technology presentations to senior management
*Coordinate with business interfaces such as Supply chain, legal, regulatory, marketing, finance and procurement to facilitate business programs
*Drive all margin improvement programs to improve bottom line
*Drive innovation to create new opportunities for business growth
*Coordinate with Global and Regional technology Centres, manufacturing sites and vendors for the effective and timely implementation of technology
*Drive and implement Quality improvement and EOHS initiatives
*Drive supplier qualification and up-gradation program to improve product quality and performance
*Support claim substantiation with clinical studies data documentation

Candidate Profile:
*Candidate must possess at least a Master of Science, Master of Pharmacy or Doctorate in Biology, Chemistry, Science & Technology, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
*At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Science & Technology/Laboratory or equivalent. Job role in Researcher/Scientist or equivalent.
*1 Full-Time positions available.
*Should have Ph.D in chemistry/ Pharmacy with minimum 10 years experience in Cosmetic/ Pharma product development with a reputed FMCG/Pharma company
*Strong analytical ability and result orientation
*Experience in preparation of supporting data related to new product launches/ Relaunches to ensure smooth technology transfer to plant
