Post: Regional Sales Manager
1) Reporting to Zonal Sales Manager
2) Daily field work
3) Meet sales objectives of the region
4) Keep management informed of all worthy sales contacts by submitting call information each week in Sales and Marketing system
5) Monitor competition and gather, an on-going basis, current marketplace information, including pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, programs, merchandising, and other information that may be helpful.
6) Educate dealer/distributor personnel on our products and how to sell them
7) Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, resolving complaints, and/or preparing reports
8) Assist in marketing research activity as requested by management. Support other Peerless sales & marketing personnel people and associates while in the field
9) Treat customers, end-users, and Peerless associates with dignity, respect, and good communication
10) Ensuring timely collection from stockist.
11) Controlling promotion activities without any deviation on day to day basis.
12) Extensive travelling
Education : B.Pharm, B.Sc, MBA
Experience : 5-10 years
