Job Description:
•Business Development of his HQ,
•Daily field working, Doctors Call, prescription generation, chemist call etc.
•Weekly and month reporting to his manager
•Data Analysis
•Doctor conversion and expansion of business
•Activity planning and execution in field.
•To plan, Implement and execute sales and marketing strategy to expand the business in favor of organizational profit.
•Positioning of formulation products all across in terms of better visibility and awareness.
•Coordination and budget control and achievement.


Job Purpose:
•Sales Collection target achievement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for maximizing product reach to his ethical market for business generation.
Specialized Knowledge: breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required
Required Knowledge
*Knowledge of the area he will be handling of ethical business and market.
*Launching products in the market.
*Tools application on keeping the track on Target Vs. Achievement.
*Data Analysis skills of his performance on primary, secondary and collection records.
*Good in computers – excel, presentation and mails
*Technical Skills

Background: 1+ experience as SO/MR in Pharma Company in Ethical segment only, consistently worked and not many changes.
Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma/D.Pharma, Good in communication, Presentable
SALARY: Not a constraint for the right candidate. + filed Allowances + Mobile + Internet + Incentives (Quarterly & Annual)

Qualification not is a matter is candidate have good esposure in Pharma/Herbal Industry.
