Job Description:
Execution of daily and monthly plan to achieve production targets in time.
Plan & Supervise overall activity of the department.
Responsible for the production targets as well as for the documentation on the shop floor.
Shifting of products to 3200 I or revalidation for products which can be run on higher machine speed on existing machines.
Area upkeep.
On line documentation and documentation review
To keep area auditworthy at all the times.
Calibration and qualifications
Co-ordination with other departments like QC/QA to minimize the time lapse between startup of subsequent batches / product
Review of SOP and following of SOPs on shopfloor vs practical problems for the same.
Training of new entrants
Candidate Profile:
B. Pharm with an experience of 6 to 10 years in similar industry.
