Job Description:
1. Imparting product related training to field sales staff.
2. Developing training content
3. Evaluation of training imparted
4. Arranging refresher training
5. Training in soft skills for field sales staff
6. Arrange logistics for training
Desired Profile:
The candidate should be a B. Pharm with minimum 5/7 years' experience in Training & Development function for field sales staff in a reputed pharmaceutical formulation company. He should possess sound communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi languages and a flair for imparting training. He should be able to develop the training content for the various products manufactured and marketed by the company. He should also have sound exposure of post training evaluation.
ONLY B. PHARM CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF IMPARTING PRODUCT RELATED TRAINING IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES SHOULD APPLY.
