Job as Sales Manager in Biocon

Post: Sales Manager - HC/JC/1973/12
*Field Work Analysis-Collation & Analysis of field work reports of BEs, ABMs & RBMs.
*Identify areas of improvement and work towards betterment.
*Leadership-Lead a team of RBMs, ABMs and BEs and KAMs,to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance.
*motivation & coaching of the RBMs, ABMs and BEs wherever necessary.
*Ensure that each team member follows the sales systems & processes as outlined by BIOCON
*Marketing strategies & Feedback-Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department pertaining to his/her region.
*Ensure that all the key marketing projects & activities are implemented effectively during each cycle in his/her region.
*Monitor/track the activities of the team members.
*Provide adequate & timely feedback to HO on the same & competition.
Systems & Processes-Ensure that the following is prepared & adhered to:-
• Territory coverage plan of RBMs, ABMs & BEs
• KOL list & Coverage by ABMs
• Validation of customer list as per company norms
• Ensuring timely reporting systems for self and team through CRM.
KOL development-Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers to maximise sales output for Biocon’s products.
Responsible for developing & implementing activities to achieve this goal.
