Post: VP Marketing & Sales - 3 Post Available
· Arranging appointments with doctors & detailing all the products & giving demo to doctors.
· Keeping detailed records of all Doctors with complete information in the proper format.
· Planning work schedules and daily, weekly and monthly timetables.
· Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefing
· Monitoring competitor activity and competitor's products
· Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts doctors.
· Working with team managers to plan how to increase business sales in a particular area.
· Meet twice top Doctors monthly & organizing conference for doctors.
· Reporting on daily basis & submission of work plan per week to seniors.
· Meeting Monthly & Quarterly sales Target.
Qualification: BSC/BBA/B.pharma/ MBA preferred.
