Job Description:
1. Preparation, control, distribution and retrieval of SOPs, BMR and BPR
2. Handling and execution of controlled documents and obsolete document/ discontinued document and filled documents.
3. Initiating and recording the Change control and Deviation to improvement of quality system.
4. Having knowledge of all documentations related to market complaints handling.
5. Having knowledge of product recall procedure.
6. Handling and control of Price list.
7. Handling of numbering system for Equipments/Instruments and Facility.
8. Handling of Training programmers, Preparation of Master calendar and with evaluation of needs and effectiveness records.
9. Having knowledge of Vendor audit and approval Process.
10. Preparation of Quality reports and compliance monitoring.
11. Statically representation of quality system related documents.
12. Handling of all documentations for approval of contract parties.
13. Area monitoring for controlled area
14. To ensure that calibration and preventive maintenance is being done as per schedule.
15. To give line clearance of virus block (Upstream process) and sterility department.
