Vitals charting
I/O charting
Investigation charting
Treatment charting
Nursing care charting
Administering drugs to the guests (patients)
Sending investigations
Bed making
HIMS entry
Ensure compliance with doctors advice
Inform doctor about any complaints by the guests (patients)
OT preparation
Making arrangement for blood transfusion
Information about no of guests (patients) & their status
Notify sentinel events
Ensure segregation of bio medical waste at source
Obtaining consent
Keeping all relevant records.
