Job Description:
1. Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified State / a city state to achieve established sales targets and be accountable for sales and collections in the assigned zone.
2. Responsible for managing the activities of a Zone's sales force in order to implement the organizations' overall sales strategy for an assigned zone.
3. Implement the Business Area strategy in the assigned zone.
4. Monitor the performance of the sales team within the assigned zone and re-allocate resources to improve overall sales results.
5. Responsible for developing business forecast, pursue major prospects and lead the major negotiations.
6. Identifying and build relationship with the major customers and ensuring Cutomers retention measures.
7. Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.

Distibution Mangement
1. Develop, monitor and control distribution network in the area of responsibility.
2. Responsible for periodically evaluating the distributor's business performance. (Sales & Collection)


Clarify Data Management
1. Monitor the updation of Information regarding customer visits
2. Updation of Competitors information
3. Management of the entire data and usage of the same for achieving the business results.

People Management
1. Coach the sales team on the sales techniques, technical aspects of the products and services, marketing campaigns and also provide timely feedback, guidance and support to the team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
2. Supervise  the day-to-day activities of the Direct reportees.
3. Monitor all expenses at the Zonal Level pertaining to the sales team their travel statements etc.


Others
1. Monitor all complainces relating to product Placement, IPC complaince, documentation, reporting in clarify, and manage critical customer issues in the assigned zone.
2. Execution of  the sales promotion plan  through his sales force in the assigned zone and managing the same.
