Applications are invited for the position of a Project Assistant in DBT-sponsored project: “Characterization of role of miRNA in apoptosis with special focus on mitochondrial specific miRNA” with Dr. Rajesh Singh, Assistant Professor, Cell Biology Group, IIAR.
Position: Project Assistant (One post)
Salary: Rs. 10,000 Fixed
Essential Qualification: Post graduation in Life Science/Bioinformatics with first class. Candidates having experience in analysis small RNA analysis, target identification using bioinformatics tool, development of programs for analysis of small RNA, Molecular Biology, RNA isolation cells will be given preference.
General Conditions:
1. The engagement for the projects is purely on temporary basis for the period of duration of the project.
2. It is not an appointment with the institute and will not confer any right of the incumbent to any claim implicit or explicit on any position.
3. Appointment will be initially for a period of six months and may be extended further depending upon satisfactory performance of the incumbent and is co-terminus with the project.
4. Candidates should have the results before 01/05/2012.
