Job Description:
Integrated Marketing Plan
(IMP) Preparing IMP plan Annual and cycle wise mentioning head wise expense based on campaigns / Gifts / activities / Samples / Sponsorships planned in co-ordination with Sales Heads. Get this approved by VP.

-Co-ordinate with costing department for getting sample cost
-Prepare sampling plan and get it approved by Vice President
-Prepare Sample production advice
-Prepare differential sampling plan & Give differential allocation to mktg service for timely dispatch as per planned use
-Design sample artworks as per market needs
-Co-ordinate with P & D department and studio for sample artwork

Print inputs
-Preparing Print input plan cycle wise based on the budget in DPIP format
-Ensure preparation and approval  of copymatter of each print input like Visual Aid, Theme Presentation, LBCs, TPQs, Product Monographs, etc. on given deadline
-Co-ordinate and follow up with the studio for proper designing and timely delivery of the job
-Get the job approved by medical department , spell check after designing in POF
-Prepare indent for the job and process the Print Order form and ensure that it does not get delayed at any point. Monitor ATS

Marketing services
-To co - ordinate with marketing services department to ensure timely and proper dispatch of samples, gifts and print inputs
Sales Force Effectiveness
-Work on a assigned territory during tour for avg 6 to 10 days per month and PMT are responsible for the sales and activities of the managers at the assigned territory
-PMT have to ensure that all the managers (RBM and ZBM) assigned to him works as per the company norms and result into more number of conversion
-Preparing Detailing stories of all inputs and getting approved,
-Regular basis update detailing and roleplays, objection handling points and send to Managers
-Once in two months plan & conduct Tutorial meetings in co-ordination with Sales head (Now through Webex)

Giving inputs like USP - Positioning, Product at a Glance, Training Notes, Training presentations etc to the training department on regular basis.

Trade schemes
Designing schemes after getting approval from Vice President and then PMT have to give it to the costing department. After approval, communicate to field .

NewProduct launch
    For new products, give PDA, search for brand names options, prepare launch plan, brand projections, prepare LBCs. After getting RNPLP, prepare Autoshipment, NPLP, PDS
    Conducting Dr survey for decisions related to launch / projection / scope / value additions required for new products
    All co-ordination with F & D ; Updating the New product launch monitor

MRP review
Provide competitors MRP of all the products on monthly basis to costing department, for reviewing MRP
Revised MRP stocks once reached to field, PMT has to co-ordinate with Distribution Dept for sending information to field
Branding activities
Conference participation, design of stall layout / Banners / Stand Panels, arranging for the inputs to be distributed / displayed at Various National & State level conferences
Updating product list, technologies, etc at the Troikaa website.
Journal advertisements - plan and execute
Other Jobs
Review the packaging of our products ( Sales / Sample pack - Boxes, pack inserts etc) and suggest changes if required
Review additional sample / input request which comes from the field, in consultation with divisional sales head and process the same
Arranging competitors products for International department, F & D department, Medical department and IPR department
Maintain archieve files of all the products
In absence of other PMT members (on tour), present PMT member have to ensure that all the print inputs are streamlined and no deviation takes place

Candidate Profile:
Job Location:  Head Office ( Ahmedabad)
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm/ B.Sc
Experience :4-5 Years
 Any Requirement : Working as a front line Manager( preferably in Ortho - Gyn  Portfolio) who is having orientation towards PMT Functions.
 IT  Skill : Basic Knowledge of Computer and  Excel is Must
Communication  Skill: Excellent  English Communication ( Written/ Spoken)
