The Central Council for Research in Ayurveda & Siddha (CCRAS) is an autonomous body of the department of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
It is an apex body in India for the formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of research on scientific lines in Ayurveda and Siddha systems of medicine and also the Sowa-Rigpa, commonly known as Tibetian or Amchi medicine.

Walk - In -Interview for the following position, the tenure of which will be co-terminus with the duration of the Project entitled "Standardization of Raw Drugs & Standardization of AYUSH-Card and its constituents" will be held on dated 19.04.2011 at 11.00 a.m. in the Office of the Assistant Director-in-charge, National Research Institute for Ayurveda -Siddha Human Resource Development, Aamkho, Gwalior-474009 (MP.). The selection procedure will comprise of a written test followed by interview of candidates who qualify in the written test, on the same day :-

General Conditions:-
1. The eligibility of candidate in respect of age will be determined as on 01.01.2011. Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC as per Government Rules.
2. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis and no claim for continuation or regular appointment will be entertained.
3. Applicant should bring their Bio-data alongwith the original certificates, experience certificate etc. with a set of photocopies and two recent passport size photographs.
4. The format for submission of Bio-data may be downloaded from Council's website ccras.nic.in
5. No T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the written test/interview.
