Production – Formulations (Injectables / Vaccines)
Blending
• Ability to handle shift plans for formulation activities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as autoclave, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
Filling
• Ability to handle shift plans for filling activities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vial washing, tunnel sterilizer, filling and capping.
Packing
• Ability to handle shift plans for packing activities.
• Ability to operate vial labelling machines and VVM dot machines with inspection systems.
• Operation of videojet and control print printers for batch coding.
• Tracking and trace system monitoring.
• Monitoring of cold-room and deep-freezer temperatures.
Engineering – Biologics / Injectables
Process Equipment
• Experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave and labelling machines, jacketed vessels and lyophilization.
Instruments Maintenance
• Ability to handle shift operations for instrumentation activities such as BMS.
• Breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC and interim projects.
• Reviewing completion of breakdown status, calibration and PM works.
• Basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
Quality Assurance
IPQA – Drug Substance
• Hands-on experience with cell / virus culture process, bacterial processes and line clearance activities.
• Preparation of SOP / BPR / MFR / protocols and their review.
• Deviation and change-control handling.
QA – Validation
• Validation, qualification and requalification of process, HVAC, utilities and packing equipment.
• Preparation and review of URS, DQ, FAT, SAT and SOPs for computerized systems.
• Review of computerized systems qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
QC – Microbiology
• Capable of counting microbial colonies of EMP / Water / other media plates.
• Knowledge of water / bioburden and MLT testing.
• Knowledge of microbiological media preparation.
• Knowledge of GPT / culture handling / GMP practices.
