Qualification : 1. Diploma in Pharmacy.
2. B.Pharmacy, registered with Pharmacy Council for T.S.
Remuneration : ₹27,300

Public Health Manager (Outsourcing) (01 post)
Unit Name : NUHM – UPHCs
Outsourcing
Qualification : 1. Graduate Degree in Dental / Nursing / Life Science / Social Science with Master Degree in Public Health / Community Health / Preventive and Social Medicine.
2. Must have 2 years' experience in the field of Public Health.
Remuneration : ₹19,500

AGE
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 44 years
• Age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2026, as per Rule 12 (1)(a)(V) of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
Age Relaxations
The following relaxations are allowed for the maximum age limit as per the rules in force:
1. SCs, STs, BCs & EWS: Relaxation of 5 years.
2. Ex-servicemen: Relaxation of 3 years plus the length of service rendered in the Armed Forces, applicable only to posts reserved for Medical Officers.
3. NCC personnel: For those who worked as an Instructor in NCC, relaxation of 3 years plus the length of service rendered in NCC.
4. Physically Challenged Persons: Relaxation of 10 years.

Rule of Reservation
1. Rules of reservation relating to Community, Disability, Ex-Servicemen/Ex-Servicewomen shall be strictly followed as ordered by the Government of Telangana from time to time.
2. 33⅓% reservation for women shall be applicable as per:
o G.O.Ms.No.3, Opt for Women, Children, Disabled & Sr. Citizens Department, dated 10.02.2024
o G.O.Ms.No.35, General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated 13.02.2024
3. Reservation for local candidates shall be applicable as per the Presidential Order.
4. Districts should continue the existing Roster.
5. Vacancies for posts mentioned in G.O.68, falling in Scheduled Areas, shall be filled exclusively with Local Scheduled Tribes.

How to Apply
1. Application forms along with instructions can be downloaded from the official website of Nalgonda District.
2. The completed application form shall be submitted in person or through Registered Post to the Nalgonda District Medical & Health Officer of the district to which the candidate is applying.
Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected. The District Selection Committee will not be responsible for postal delays.

3. Self-attested copies of the prescribed certificates should be enclosed along with the application form.
1. S.S.C. / Date of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government, as proof of age.
2. Intermediate or 10+2 examination certificate.
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4. Marks memos of all years of the qualifying examination.
5. Registration Certificates of the respective Councils.
6. Latest applicable certificate issued by the competent authority:
o Community Certificate
o EWS Certificate
o Ex-Servicemen Certificate
o NCC Certificate
o Physically Handicapped Certificate
7. Study Certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th class. In case of private study, residence certificate from the concerned Tahsildar / MRO.
8. PH Certificate for candidates claiming reservation under the PH quota.
9. Relevant certificates for candidates claiming Ex-Servicemen quota.
10. Registration Certificate from the concerned Medical Council / Nursing Council / Para Medical Board / other relevant authority.
11. One photograph duly pasted on the application form.

General Information to the Candidate
1. The District Collector reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the selection process at any time. The decision of the District Collector shall be final and binding.
2. Appointment will be on an Outsourcing or Contract basis for a period of 1 year, or until the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interviews.
4. Appointees will work under the overall administrative control of CH&FW and MD, NHM.
5. The termination notice period shall be 30 days from either side.
6. Candidates selected under the Outsourcing mode shall be appointed through an Outsourcing Agency.
7. The posts notified are not permanent/regular Government posts and are purely temporary.
8. The Panel of Candidates will be utilized for future vacancies for a period of one year from the final date of selection of candidates under this notification.
9. Selected candidates will be intimated through email/official communication.
10. Selected candidates may be required to perform tours.
11. Performance will be evaluated from time to time. The same will also be considered for extension of service, subject to future requirements.
12. Employment is subject to applicable disciplinary/code rules. In case of any deviation, employment will be liable for termination.
