Research Recruitment for Life Sciences candidates under ICMR funded project, DRILS

Applications are invited from the eligible applicants for Project Research Scientist-II (Non-medical) position for ICMR funded project entitled, “Investigating MicroRNA- Based Therapeutic Strategies in Idiopathic Acquired Aplastic Anemia Using a Patient- Derived 3D Bone Marrow Niche Organoid Platform” at Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences (DRILS).

Post : Project Research Scientist-II (Non-medical) position

Responsibilities :
• Design, plan, and execute experiments under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI).
• Coordinate and conduct overall project activities, including data analysis, protocol optimization, and documentation with the research team.
• Maintain accurate and properly cataloged laboratory records.
• Demonstrate high motivation, commitment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Academic qualifications
• Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences; OR
• First-Class Post-Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (including integrated PG degrees) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience : Candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in stem cell culture/ mammalian cell culture/molecular biology/ miRNA isolation and transfection/western blotting/FACS/ microscopy imaging techniques. Knowledge of Basic bioinformatics analysis is preferred but not mandatory. Those with prior experience in handling patient derived stem cells and cell lines are encouraged to apply.
