Education / Qualification :
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry Biotechnology
• B.E. / B.Tech Chemical
Experience : 1–7 Years

Shift : Willingness to work in rotational shifts required.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and execute production processing activities.
• Work on the Production Plan to achieve dispatch commitment.
• Ensure the team achieves a “ZERO ACCIDENT” work environment.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
• Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment and related machinery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity and overall process efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Control teams to ensure activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
• Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables and reagents required for processing activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
